About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Flomat Books website and any order placed with us by phone, WhatsApp, email or another agreed channel. Using the website or confirming an order means you accept these terms.
Website information
We work to keep descriptions, prices, cover images and availability accurate. Minor differences may occur between an image and the supplied edition. Information may be corrected or updated without notice.
Orders and availability
An enquiry or WhatsApp message is not an accepted order. A binding order is formed only after we confirm the title, edition, quantity, price, delivery cost and payment arrangements. We may decline or cancel an order if a title is unavailable, incorrectly priced or cannot be delivered safely.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Nigerian naira unless stated otherwise. Delivery and special-order costs may be added after confirmation. Payment must be made using the method and account details supplied by Flomat Books. Do not send payment to an unverified account.
Delivery
Delivery estimates are indicative and may be affected by location, courier operations, public holidays or events outside our control. Risk passes to you when the order is delivered to the agreed address or collected by you.
Returns and refunds
Eligible returns must be requested within seven days and the book must remain in its original condition. Damaged, defective or incorrect items should be reported promptly with supporting photographs. Special-order, personalised or used items may not be returnable unless faulty.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, introduce malicious code, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or use its content for unlawful purposes.
Intellectual property
Flomat Books branding, original copy, website design and editorial material are protected by intellectual-property law. Book covers, titles and publisher materials belong to their respective rights holders and are displayed for identification and sale.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Flomat Books is not responsible for indirect loss, business interruption or loss arising from misuse of the website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. We encourage customers to contact us first so concerns can be resolved promptly and fairly.
