01How do I place an order?+
Browse the collection, select a title and use the WhatsApp order button. Our team will confirm availability, payment and delivery details before your order is completed.
02Which payment methods do you accept?+
We accept bank transfers, mobile money and cash on delivery in selected local areas, subject to confirmation. Payment instructions are provided when your order is confirmed.
03Do you deliver nationwide?+
Yes. We deliver to all Nigerian states. Delivery fees depend on your location and the size of the order.
04How long does delivery take?+
Orders within Delta State typically arrive in 1–2 business days. Delivery to other states usually takes 3–7 business days. Express delivery may be arranged on request.
05What is your returns policy?+
Eligible books may be returned within seven days in their original condition. If a book arrives damaged or is not the title ordered, contact us immediately so we can resolve it.
06Do you offer discounts for schools, libraries or bulk buyers?+
Yes. Orders of ten or more books may qualify for a custom quote. Call or message us with the titles and quantities you need.
07Are your books new and authentic?+
Yes. Our books are new and sourced through trusted publishers and distributors.
08Can you source a book that is not listed?+
Yes. Special orders can usually be sourced within two to three weeks, depending on availability.
09Do you stock academic and examination textbooks?+
Yes. Our catalogue includes WAEC, JAMB and NECO resources, university textbooks and books for professional certifications.
