Order confirmation
Before payment, we confirm the exact title or edition, quantity, availability, delivery destination, delivery cost and expected time frame. Please check these details carefully.
Delivery within Nigeria
We deliver to all Nigerian states. Orders within Delta State typically arrive in one to two business days. Other locations usually take three to seven business days after dispatch. Remote-area or bulk deliveries may take longer.
Delivery charges and tracking
Charges depend on destination, weight and courier service. Any tracking or dispatch information available will be shared with you. Someone should be available at the agreed address to receive the parcel.
Damaged or incorrect books
Contact us as soon as possible if a parcel arrives damaged or contains the wrong title. Keep the packaging and send clear photographs of the parcel, damage and book so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy.
Change-of-mind returns
Contact us within seven days of delivery. The book must be unread, undamaged and in its original saleable condition. Approved return postage may be your responsibility, and the original delivery charge may not be refundable.
Exceptions
Special-order, personalised, clearance or used books may not be returnable for a change of mind. This does not affect rights relating to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued through an agreed method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Processing time may vary by payment provider.
